Before Robert Maresh helps you find the property of you dreams you will need financing Pre-Approval. To get this Pre-Approval, Robert Maresh will need some information from you. The following is a list of information/documents that Robert Maresh will need a copy of if they pertian to your situation. Once you have collected these documents please see my Loan Application page to fill out the simple form!
1. W-2 tax forms for the past 2 years and Current Paystubs.
2. Landlord Name/Address for the past 2 years.
3. Employer Name/Address for the past 2 years.
4. Purchase Agreement (Robert Maresh will already have this!).
5. Bank Name, Address, Account Numbers and Balances.
6. Open Loans/Mortgages, Name Address, Account No.'s, Monthly Payments and Balances.
7. Latest Credit Appraisals, Credit Report, Rate Lock (Robert Maresh will help you gather this information!).
8. Check for Appraisals, Credit Report, Rate Lock (Please contact Robert Maresh concerning these!).
9. If Self Employed: Tax Returns for the past 2 years with all schedules. YTD. P&I Balance Sheet.
10. Social Security Card and Drivers License.
